More suspected cocaine has washed ashore in Hong Kong with police seizing seven packages, weighing roughly 15 kilograms, from a Sai Kung beach on Sunday.
Officers responded to a report from a hiker at around 2.45 pm, police told HKFP on Monday.
The estimated value of the packages, found around Nam She Wan, totalled HK$15 million, police added.
The Narcotics Bureau is investigating the case.
Earlier this month, officers discovered eight kilograms of suspected cocaine inside a plastic barrel on Lido Beach in Ting Kau. Investigators valued them at around HK$8 million.
A week earlier, 19 blue parcels were found on Chung Hom Kok Beach in Stanley – they contained suspected cocaine worth an estimated HK$19 million.
